1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking services with M’s Exterior Care (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services Provided

M’s Exterior Care provides premium exterior cleaning services including:

  • Residential & Commercial Window Cleaning

  • Interior & Exterior Window Cleaning

  • Gutter Cleaning

  • Gutter Guard Installation

  • Roof Soft Washing

  • House Washing

  • Solar Panel Cleaning

  • Screen & Skylight Cleaning

All services are subject to inspection, weather conditions, property accessibility, and safety considerations.

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes are based on visible property conditions and customer-provided information.

  • Pricing may be adjusted if undisclosed conditions are discovered.

  • Minimum service charge of $174.99 applies to all new customers.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Scheduling & Property Access

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to work areas.

  • Secure pets prior to service.

  • Remove fragile or valuable items near service areas.

  • Provide access to water and/or electricity if required.

Failure to provide proper access may result in rescheduling fees.

5. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and approved electronic payments.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

  • ​

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

  • Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Weather-related rescheduling will not incur penalties.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work.

If you are not satisfied:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

  • We will return to address reasonable service-related concerns at no additional charge.

This guarantee does not cover new debris accumulation or unrelated issues.

8. Pre-Existing Conditions & Liability

M’s Exterior Care is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to roofing, siding, gutters, window seals, or screens.

  • Oxidized, brittle, improperly installed, or deteriorated materials.

  • Water intrusion due to faulty seals or structural defects.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service performed.

9. SMS Communication & A2P 10DLC Compliance

By providing your phone number through our website forms, estimate requests, service bookings, or other contact methods, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from M’s Exterior Care related to:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Scheduling updates

  • Estimate notifications

  • Service reminders

  • Billing notifications

  • Customer service communications

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications unless you re-enroll.

Consent Not Required for Purchase

Providing consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

10. Website Use

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of M’s Exterior Care and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Greenville or Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
