• ​REMOVE: At the begging of every window cleaning job, M's professionals begin by carefully removing all of the window screens from the outside of the house. MOST window screens can be removed from the outside with the proper tools and knowledge. HOMEOWNERS should be aware that in a few case(especially with new construction)some window frames only allow removal from the inside of the home.

• WASH: M's is equipped with a state of the art window screen cleaning device that allows us to wash the screens thoroughly when put through this device. Screen, frame and all are thoroughly washed. 

​

• WIPE: A final wiping down of the screens frame is conducted to ensure no dirt or grime remains. Then set aside to dry while the window cleaning is being performed. 

​

• REINSTALL: Lastly we reinstall of the window screens back to their proper place with care and efficiency. ​​

To complement our meticulous cleaning process, M's Exterior Care includes window screen washing in both our exterior window cleaning service and interior window cleaning service. Only on those rare occasion when the screen can't be removed from the outside does M's request the screens to be taken off prior to the clean or access granted to the interior of the home.

REPAIR Services 

M's offers window screen repair as an additional service. This service covers holes or tears within the screen itself. Given the fragile nature of window screens, especially those with age if you have a broken or cracked window screen FRAME, then a replacement frame is needed.

 We do not sell or manufacture window screen frames. M's only repairs torn screens or replaces old spline. Contact us for more details.
